PAYMENT POLICY
Because we are a small, personal office, we operate on a cash, fee for service basis. Payment for services rendered must be paid in full at the end of each visit. Our office gladly accepts checks, cash, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Services and supplements prescribed by the doctor may also be covered by your Health Savings Account.
INSURANCE BILLING
We are not contracted with any insurance plans, therefore we are an out-of-network provider. We do not bill insurance in our office, however we will provide you with the information you need to personally bill your insurance. Your insurance may have a deductible for in-network as well as out-of-network medical care. Please contact our office for more information should you have Tricare Select (West Region) coverage.
WHY DON’T WE TAKE INSURANCE?
The current insurance model requires a higher volume of patients. This does not allow ample time for osteopathic manipulative treatment and other integrative treatment options.
PHONE CONSULTATIONS WITH DR MARY ANNE
We are happy to offer phone consultations for questions that can be addressed over the phone. The first 5 minutes of a phone consultation are complimentary and each 5 minutes thereafter will be charged at $75.00 per 15 minutes.
